Aerospace Medicine

We provide an array of different services for the military. Flight Medicine provides clinical appointments for active and inactive fliers including sister service fliers. We offer Initial Flying Class Physicals I, II, III, Missile Operations, Personnel Reliability Program and Personnel Reliability Assurance Program. Individuals hired for civilian positions on base can receive pre-employment physicals. Base Operational Medicine Clinic performs record reviews for PHAs, security clearances, retraining overseas, and special duty clearances. Separation History and Physical Examination and Deployment Related Health Assessment are also performed by BOMC. For all physicals, please follow the instructions provided to you via email prior to your appointment. Please bring all appropriate paperwork since certain programs have specific requirements. The goal is to accomplish all requirements during your appointment and avoid additional appointments. To make this possible, please bring the following items to all exams: ID card; current glasses and sunglasses; most recent contact lens prescription, contact lens boxes or packages; and previous outside exam records, if possible.
